Cenariu's Mother? Ysera or Elune?

I recently read the War of the Ancients trilogy and it said that Ysera was Cenariu's mother, making Malorne her mate. But I think I also read somewhere that Cenarius was the son of Malorne and Elune. Does anyone know which it actually is?

From what I know Cenarius is a student of Ysera. Cenarius is the son of Elune and Malorne. He also has a few sons, under which is Keeper Remulos. Ysera is seen as his 'godmother'.
Here is a family of Cenarius. When you down you see that the Kolkar and the other centaur tribes are somehow related to Cenarius. Aswell as the Dryads.
